Welcome to Sterling Manor Holiday Magic!
We put on a magical animated light show and make our house dance to our favorite holiday (and some not-so-holiday) tunes. Check it out!

- Listen on your phone – visit our Pick a Song page and allow location. You can also pick songs to hear/see!
- Tune your car radio to 95.9 FM to hear the music through your radio.
- Gather in person (YES!) around the North Pole and push the Big Red Button to hear the music. (Who can resist a big red button!?)

You read that right – you can pick a song and watch it come to life on our house. What could be cooler than controlling our lights?!
Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and help us ensure they also have a joyous holiday season:
- Turn off your headlights while watching (if safe to do so)
- Keep your volume low enough to not disturb others
- Do not block their driveways or prevent them from parking in front of their homes (you can block ours, no problem!)

We’re located at 2759 Sterling Way in Cameron Park, on the Green Valley side of Cameron Park. From Highway 50, get off at Bass Lake Road.
